    Create a dedicated worker per operation for custom bundlers/CSP. Takes precedence over workerUrl; returned workers are terminated after completion or cancellation.

    workerUrl?: string | URL

    Explicit deployed module-worker URL. Omit to resolve the bundled worker relative to the engine module.
