): Promise<Blob>
Encode a north-up GeoTIFF as bounded strips assembled into a Blob, avoiding a second concatenated full TIFF buffer.
Parameters
- data: Uint8ClampedArray
  Row-major 8-bit RGBA with unassociated alpha.
- width: number
  Positive integer pixel width.
- height: number
  Positive integer pixel height.
- bounds: Extent
  Outer pixel-edge extent in the output CRS, with row zero at maxY.
- crs: string
  EPSG identifier with numeric code below 32767. Custom WKT GeoKeys are not supported.
- geographic: boolean
  True for geographic CRS GeoKeys, false for projected CRS GeoKeys; must agree with crs.
- options: TiffOptions = {}
  Compression, strip height, predictor and optional RGB no-data.
- Optionalprogress: (value: number) => void
  Encoding progress fraction per completed strip.
Returns Promise<Blob>

Throws
core.GeoreferenceError For invalid layouts/settings, unavailable Deflate or partial transparency with numeric no-data.
